The objective of this task is to operate the water treatment plant located on the SOW Property throughout 2019, in accordance with the Water Pollution Control Permit issued by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.

J5 shall record all required parameters, ensuring that the system is operating optimally and within all applicable regulatory requirements and permit conditions. Provide monthly reports, which include the measured field parameters and analytical results required for the submission of Discharge Monitoring Report.

An inspection of the SOW Property including, but not limited to, the survey of the impoundment cap, security fencing, and monitoring wells. J5 provides routine site operation and maintenance throughout 2019 including, but not limited to, general cleaning, remedy maintenance, and grounds-keeping, caretaking activities of the Community Resource Building, maintenance facility, and equipment located on the SOW Property. J5 provides weekly updates of the SOW Property conditions.
